We deliver Australia wide using real time, standard Australia Post or Express Post. International parcels are shipped using Australia Post air mail.
Please Note:
We are based on the south coast of NSW so therefore cannot promise next day delivery. Please allow approx. 2 – 5 business days to receive your order – depending on where you are located. WA & TAS orders tend to take longer. We will contact you if there is a lengthier delay for items that are out of stock or made to order.
Customer Guarantee / Returns & Exchanges
We will happily exchange or refund goods within 7 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they have not be worn, damaged or packaging tampered with.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.

Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customers expense to:

Please include a copy of your receipt and a note advising us of your needs.
Exchanges: please include a self –addressed pre-paid satchel for your new items to be sent in.
Returns: You will be credited for the goods once the items have been received. We are unable to refund postage costs.
Faulty items: You will be credited for the goods and postage once the items have been received and the fault is approved.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Credit Card, Direct Debit, Anna & Sally Gift Vouchers, Phone Orders 0402 199 054 or Fax Orders 02 8323 4239. If you are paying by direct debit, we will not send your goods until “full” money has been placed into our account. Please email us once you have organised payment and write your name and order ID in the message field for your transaction.
Direct Debit Payment Details will be included on your confirmation receipt. But please find below incase you have misplaced it.
